Arnold is a mixed bag. He's guilty of the sins he's accused of but he also has a progressive side to him. So far he's done all right, fighting Bushies on a few pollution issues, though like Bush he's merely sadddled the budget with huge debts to pay off later as an answer. Long-term debt seems to be the GOP's answer to everything these days. Buy now, pay later. Bottomline, Arnold is Arnold. He's the anti-Republican Republican or the Democrat in Republican's clothing. Take your pick. He won because of his image though, not his brains, policies or behavior. So long as he stays liberal on social and environmental issues, he'll stay in power.
