Bearcatbob... The relative valuation of currencies issue is like two kids blowing up balloons. With each puff they alternatively exclaim "My balloon is bigger than your balloon" and then the current loser gives his another puff of air.... Measuring two inflatable but fragile items against each other. One has to appear to win but the final result is inevitable; the competition sometimes lasts longer than one might anticipate though....
