These guys are dumber than a box of rocks. First they try to hide a rate hike by calling it "administrative fees". Then the fee they raise the most (by $20) is L2. Don’t you think you should fix the L2 completely before you start charging more for it? I'm impressed. It only took you a year to figure out how to included ISLD. At this rate the other ecns like ARCA, INCA (which owns ISLD) BRUT should be included in your L2 by 2007. Congrats.
