They're a bunch of crooks alright. I once questioned their charging for the L2 without providing it, and they promised to rebate me a one-time $20. I never got it, despite calling and writing three times. They simply said that I'd have to decide whether I could afford their service in the future. By "service", I'm sure they meant "whatever we feel like providing today". I'd love the opportunity to speak with one of these jackasses face-to-face, especially the CEO, if there is one. I'd switch if it wouldn't take me weeks to rebuild charts from another provider.
