DEVELOPING....I believe Al-Qaeda is still a threat - how much of one - who knows. Only those inside the beltway really know. I don't think the possibility of this - or as others have said - bombings in other places, is ridiculous at all Ray. Hell - I never thought I'd see the World Trade Center brought down like we did on 9/11. I was all in favor of, and continue to be in favor of getting the Bastards that did that in NYC and Washington. My major complaint was that we did not go after them aggressively enough after 9/11 in Afghanistan, and did not follow them, and kill them all, in Pakistan - or "wherever they would hide...", as Bush said at the time. With all my misgivings about Bush before 9/11, I was willing to back him if he would have really done the job of getting Osama and his unmerry band. We stopped short IMHO, and would not do what was necessary - because of the implications in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Ray - if I was around you for a few days - you'd turn me back into a Republican. Please don't campaign too hard - or vocally, for the Dem nominee, or you will sway hundreds to re-elect Bush. hmmm....he is looking better to me now all the time. Perhaps it was something the CIA put in my turkey yesterday? Oh well. It could be the Jews - hell - my in-laws are Jewish - so maybe my father-in-law put some Republican mumbo-jumbo in our cranberry sauce... nah - couldn't be... DEVELOPING.....
