Man o man are you thick. While I have known the nationality of those who boarded the planes since the news was released, in fact neither you nor I can answer your question with certainty today. You can probably count at least one, however, IMO: Sad Damn Who's Sayin'. I suspect Iraq's 9/11/2001 statement on the attack was prepared ahead of time, but who knows, eh? Maybe is was impromptu? I suspect Saddam had foreknowledge of the attack, but maybe he didn't have a clue, indeed. What we do know is how terribly supportive of the attack were his words. His was a state which supported terrorism, and those words from Iraq on 9/11/2001 are enough evidence alone to justify putting him down(but those words were just the tip of the iceberg proving his support of terrorism).
