I dont doubt that they have some production capacity as evidenced by higher production recently with Iraq offline. I suspect excess production is less than many thought and rapidly decreasing.

Tic toc a rapid economic expansion will drive us to the edge of the global and domestic energy supply limits.

A colder than normal Winter with economic expansion will make it a slam dunk done deal.
