Dubya's doing exactly what his handlers tell him to do, he's not capable of intelligent thought, e.g. how to misappropriate taxpayer money to land on aircraft carriers and look for a warm meal in Baghdad in order to have photo ops to use in his campaign advertising. I hope Congress investigates his violations of the election funding laws.
