LOL. Saddam is insane. That's why we supported him in the war against Iran. Just convenient then I guess. But Bush said that Saddam was not involved with 9-11. This after reporters asked if he knew that 7 out of 10 Americans believed he was involved. While the $25 G's is disturbing, the Palestinian cause has wide support in the Arab world. These suicide bombers are in a struggle with Israel. Saddam was making this paltry donation as a public relations tool in the Arab world. It pales to the real money Financing Terror, The Al Qaeda Terrorists which have cells around the world. And where does this money come from? Get this, hold on to your hat, SAUDI ARABIA!
