(NASDAQ:ZTEL) shot up nearly 80 percent on Friday after an analyst highlighted the company's service that sends phone calls over the Internet. The stock of Z-Tel, which is targeting small businesses with Internet telephony, rose $1.24 to $2.80 on Nasdaq after jumping 97 percent earlier in the session.
