The Roth/SEP indicator...

Usually I will put my riskier speculations in my SEP account and my less risky ones in my Roth account. Often I will buy an initial position in a stock in the SEP (because it is cheap) and subsequent positions in my Roth (as the technical picture becomes clearer and therefore safer). Over the past 5 years my Roth has performed twice as well as my SEP. For the past couple of weeks my SEP has been outperforming my Roth... another contrarian caution indicator.
