Where did Rummy say this? Let us see this claim in its proper context, instead of from the corrupt mouths of leftists.

To prove a lie, you must prove the aim of deceit. That is a thing you simply cannot do. Rummy may simply have been wrong, a thing that happens from time-to-time with humans. Even so, if he was wrong we only know he was wrong because of the one man George W. Bush, who entered Iraq to hold its dictator to his obligations even when no one else had the testicles to do it.
