Word is the the attack frequency in Iraq has dropped from about 30 per day two weeks ago to about 15-18 per day.

If the attacks drop another 50%, it will be just like a bad weekend in Los Angeles...

I think once the hard case types are taken out, exiled, or in hiding, the rest can be bought off for a while, waiting for the US to leave. That would change the game....
