I have that board. Excellent overclocker. Be sure to get 2 sticks of 400 speed NON ECC ram to let the board breathe. Either Crucial or Samsung.

I put 2X Samsung PC3200 non ECC 400 DDR sticks in slots 1 & 3 (That's the only way to get the DDR. A single ram stick will not give you DDR) and a AMD 2600XP. BIOS version 1005.

BIOS settings: Mem to aggressive. Vcore to 1.85. Mem voltage to highest level. FSB to 205. Multiplier to 11.5.

Runs at 2358 speed and stable as a box of rocks. That's faster than the AMD 3200XP and $200 cheaper for the CPU.

Of course, you will have HEAT problems. I solved this by installing a SLK 900 CPU heat sink with an 80mm case fan. 42c at idle and 48c under 100% load. I first installed a 92mm Tornado case fan which fit the heat sink but man it was just too loud. It did cool better @ 31c idle and 39c load. I am waiting on a fan controller to get here which will allow me to run the Tornado at slower speeds and make less noise.

Congratulations on acquiring a dam fine board. You will be very happy with it.
