Odyssey Concludes Exercise of Warrants Issued During 2002

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 24, 2003--Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. (AMEX:OMR - News), a leader in the field of deep ocean shipwreck exploration, has received $5,802,000 through the exercise of warrants which were scheduled to expire November 21, 2003. The company also received $750,000 through the exercise of warrants scheduled to expire October 5, 2005. 2,620,800 shares of common stock were issued in conjunction with the warrant exercise bringing the total shares outstanding to 37,152,099.
Odyssey Marine Exploration is an American Stock Exchange Company (Ticker symbol:OMR) with several shipwreck projects in various stages of development throughout the world, including the SS Republic and HMS Sussex projects.
