Let's be simple. This is not a complex issue.

Naked shorting is counterfeiting. You sell shares that you do not own and have not borrowed. Naked shorts have a vested interest in declaring a company as "scam", as much as finding those which actually are such. And they WANT the company to fight back, to maintain share price. The more buyers, the better..... a printing press for money. In the post-9/11 world, the naked short whores declared every microcap with debt a scam. As recently as last December, the companies were doomed.

Tom has constantly returned to the crucial question, for listed stocks. If I'm correct and the float of VPHM has been artificially expanded (by many, many millions of shares) as has been done for bulletin board stocks, how do the shares get registered for the buyer?

That's when I feel stupid, stopped cold in my whining tracks without a logical answer. But, I have very, very bad short-term memory, and I forget the feeling.
