Suppose Zenda comes up with a substantial outcrop of 0.20 oz/t or better, that would be cdn100/t rock, can they then drill it, shoot it, scratch it out with a hoe down to fifty feet or so, and ship it to one of the toll mills? .... thinking of the permitting aspect mostly, just how much is covered under 'bulk sampling' .... safety and planning considerations would come into it of course, you wouldn't want to screw up a future shaft site, particularly as to drainage .... but that sort of thing can be dealt with, it's more the regulations that would impose limits, i suspect ... ? ... they could generate a fair bit of cash flow though, if it was legal to do a long narrow open-cast sort of trench, even fill it back in with tailings and seal it with a concrete cap ... [bear with me, i'm no miner, just was watching a hoe work this morning, and thought gee, what if that muck was worth fifty bucks per bucketful]

[edit] - question phrased more concisely - Where does exploration become mining, according to the regulators?
