soup, Any info on the SEC filings? There's the standard filing with the bad news that's being covered in the media, but no one seems to notice that a 144 was filed the same day (insider selling). Don't know much about these filings and don't subcribe to Edgar-Online so I can't see which insider filed, but it seems like that could be big news. Any thoughts, anyone? Dirk
