It is an accurate line of argument. We have testimony indicating Iraq may be involved, and so I repeat the fact that you cannot know that Iraq was not involved in 911, and you shouldn't desperately state it as fact. Of course, it is a moot issue as concerns the war, given the obvious state sponsored terrorist threat Iraq posed.
