So what? There are roughly 8000 African Americans living in New Hampshire and half of them live in Manchester and Nashua (populations ~100,000 and ~85,000), while the great majority of the people in New Hampshire do not live in merely Manchester and Nashua (population ~1.2million). Roughly half of the African Americans living in Utah (population ~2.1million) live in Salt Lake County (as does roughly 40% of the rest of the State). I'm not saying either state is segregated, Gerard said that Utah is. re:"I would venture that the Blacks of Utah are primarily found in the large urban area in Salt Lake city. New Hampshire does not have many large urban centers."
