Ray - Re: Rumsfield - I stand corrected - or rather , hide under the bed with a flashlight and cower corrected. Did not know about Perle & Feith dual citizenship and active participation on policy for both countries. Operation Northwoods is a hoot. You can almost see them thinking as they write this -"we can't shoot down a bunch of our own people" then proposing the elaborate switches, which could be replaced operationally by just shooting down the plane...
