Curlew Lake to aquire gold properties in Western Canada 2003-11-26 16:29 ET - News Release Mr. Robert Pincombe reports Curlew Lake Resources is negotiating to acquire gold properties in Western Canada. Management has concluded that in view of current world economic conditions, it would be prudent, as a resource company, to attempt to establish gold reserves as additional support to corporate share value. This diversification will not affect current activities in the oil and gas industry, where limited reserves and cash flow are now established, and are expected to grow. No public share issues are required or planned to finance corporate objectives at this time. Details of any acquisition will be announced on a timely basis.
