Hi elmatador, Would you agree that will result in self consuming decay of the enterprises and kill the goose that lays the golden egg? I strikes me that private enterprise is far better off managing these resources and govt. utilizing taxation as its opportunity to skim. If they don't do it this way IMO there will be nothing to skim. JMO cheers C
