Condi Rice on TV in Europe told Europeans (and the world) that Saddam was capable of launching long-range missiles tipped with WMD's into Euro capitals. So they should join the fight. That made people nervous. What did she know? Turns out it was just a big lie. Or else she was badly misinformed. Either way her credibility started dying about that time before the war. Since then she has lied about the Niger flap, caught in the lie several times on TV and plenty more. She should read "The Boy Who Cried Wolf".
