Frankly, questionable incentives and interests do not knowledge of false reports make. It is NOT certain at all that Saddam had no foreknowledge of 911, in fact, it remains, perhaps, even likely. We know he supported terrorism. Your insistence that anyone should be certain Saddam didn't have his hand in god knows what, is ridiculous given the nature of the man, his secretiveness, and the general known circumstances.
What about that 707 at the terrorist training camp without a runway there in Iraq, anyway? You lack any evidence that anyone who's said Al Qaeda members trained there are lying, but the plane sure existed there as testified. Frankly, you lack any evidence to refute about a zillion sad damn realities about Sad Damn Who's Sayin'(c) which we all ought know demanded our attention. Or, maybe he's meant us no harm and would never think of employing whatever means he can muster against us, in the first place.
