The longer it takes for the financing to be completed the more precarious our position as investors in the company is! Right now the stock is being driven up and down by minipulation rather than the intrinsic worth of the stock in the technology advances that are possible. I hate to say it but Dan's message on his 800 number (800-777-0752) sounds different all the time as he changes the wording but the affect is the same.....NO NEWS! It is getting to the point that NO NEWS isn't good news. I hate to sound negative here, but it seems to me that the Stock Exchange could proceed to delist the stock entirely since the company is so far out of date in filing the necessary forms and in giving the stockholders a financial report. I have a sizable investment in this stock and have stuck with it for almost three years now! We need some need some real news NOW! Regards, Larry
