Perhaps you should consider learning how to use punctuation correctly. Then you'd stand a better chance of being understood.

Your use of the ellipsis ( ... ), and the pairing of these supposedly separate issues in the same paragraph, clearly indicate a connection between them. At least, most people who know how to read English would naturally see it that way.

For an example of how that works, look at your own words, as quoted above. The second sentence is clearly linked to the first.
