I just finished an anthology of his 49 Brown stories. I get some of his sneering, and I vomit only from time to time as I read him. I will give him credit: he possessed an arrogance which was the nearest thing to insanity... I have never encountered a more arrogant sense of certainty. I can only conclude that he was a man full of fear. Nothing new...
