I have posted the criteria regarding how one would know. Did you not understand them?

Again you need to review the argument that got us to this point. Human responsibility is inseparable from what is right and violations of what is right regarding other creatures has a consequence to human beings.

The problem you may be having is that you seem to think that when something or some one has a right it reduces or restricts you in some way. Quite to the contrary it increases you as a responsible human being.
