The OED must have added SKIZM. According to my Fowler's--

The 1910 OED had only "sizem" but since then, except among the clergy, this pronunciation has been joined, if not quite replaced, in general use by the form with initial "sk".

I have decided that it is now pronounced "SPLIT"
Just as forte is pronounced "STRENGTH"
