[Re: Trade Shows]

Hi Jim!

<<One of the problems I see is many of the investors in Amati who shell out bucks on the stock, won't part with a few bucks to head to one of the Shows such as N+I, Supercomm, Comdex, and talk to Amati Officers. You can gain a whole different insight by doing so. No interpretations of PR, or of third party comments, Face to Face Facts, where you can hear the passion and confidence implied. Plus if you have the right questions, you hear answers you never heard before.>>

Unfortunately, I've never been to a Communications-type trade show, but I've been to many DBMS/Computer-type shows. By design, they are nothing but public relations. I set my shields to "Full BS Resistance" before engaging anyone at the booths. That being said, there is hope: if you're lucky, you'll catch an Engineer, or Programmer, or other hopelessly literal person incapable of deceit, and find out The Truth about The Product/Service etc. That's happened to me more than once, but not frequently.

Whether such an expedition is worth the > kilobuck cost depends upon what you find, obviously.

Are you going to N+I in Atlanta?
