in Boston, I used to love nor'easters and the blue snow
when the egg-beater power generator kicks in,
it stirs up nearly pure ocean water and dumps it inland
but the water source comes with blue algae
in the sunlight the snow displays a subtle blue tint
when it ices over, the blue is vivid
in certain angles toward the sun, the bluish snow is evident

I admit to being unusual
I love to shovel snow, make snowmen, snowforts
and to have snow battles with neighbors

where are my Atomic skis ???
yes, they were kept sharp as a razor last March
