You really aren't invincibly ignorant are you? Giles offers an explanation which you readily accept because you prefer it, not because it is correct or even makes sense. An intelligent investor questions especially when a company obfuscates. Analysts do make their own calls which is why Dow Jones and First Call continue to report that ASND did not make last quarter's estimates. If that conclusion is wrong it is most certainly the responsibility of competent management to correct that most public misapprehension. To contend otherwise, as you do, cannot withstand analysis. Why they have not done so, especially with Dow Jones, the prestige financial press, really should make an intelligent investor wonder. Regards
