Kerm's Portfolios / Now Available Both Tier II and Tier III Portfolios have been completed. They have already been sent to those of you who had wanted to see the reports. I will not be publishing them here - at this site. There are just to many bad things happening here in related to the appearance of the format. Besides, there are quite a few advantages in receiving the report versus what you review here. Request a copy and you will see what I am talking about.
