Excellent question, Gus. I kind of doubt it. Considering the numbers involved, I would expect there would probably have been a buy-out clause in the license agreement, but who knows? I just placed a call to Nidec's brand new IR office in NY, which is scheduled to open tomorrow and left a message for IR director Masahiro Nagayasu. I will let you know what I find out. In any case, I would expect that the new office will soon help put NJ on the radar screen of US institutional investors.

The only thing that causes me to hesitate in purchasing NJ shares is this low profit margin. I'm sooo American -- obsessed with profitability, and they are sooo Japanese --- obsessed with market share. <g>
