Great idea rruff. It's wonderful that when we refrainform the name calling etc. we can make real progress on these issues. The idea of a delegation from the short side meeting with a delegation from the long side is delightful. I agree that the chances of SEC doing a total and good reform in the near term are slight, unfortunately. Maybe over time. It'll be very interesting to see what happens if the penny shorting is eliminated. I almost want to see it happen just out of curiousity. Peter
