I don't know what this statement means or how to do it: "Make sure you have the proper permissions with W2000 to make the adjustments."

I un-installed Spybot to no avail; I still cannot get to "Internet Options" and the message is: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions placed on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I assume, if when using Spybot I imposed some restrictions, un-nstalling it left the restrictions in place when it was un-nstalled.

This is a two computer system in a home. While they are networked and have a system administrator setup, there is no system administrator, other than me.

Any advise on how to remove restrictions would be appreciated.
