Gitty Bob here,

Looks like somebody went in and bought about 40,000 shares at the market.These kinds of spikes are often false starts.

Sometimes I wonder if they(false starts) don't tell some well heeled manipulator how well primed a stock is for a manipulative breakout.

I'm looking for a quiet handle to meander its way up to 17.50 and then slant down on VERY QUIET VOLUME,to say something like.15.50-15.75 ish.

Then it will be time to get excited!!!
