Can't respond for Pro, but I can for me. If by contraception you mean that which merely prevents conception from taking place, then this contraception murders no human being. It cannot be considered murder of any sort. For this reason no law can legitimately prosecute it as murder.

But for obvious reasons the principle of contraception represents a philosophical assault against human nature. It is philosophically against us, and for this reason no one ought to be forced to support it via tax dollars or via any other way.
