CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC, CNN & CNBC are among those that regularly give biased, one sided, distorted news. And they hammer away at their slant 24/7. Thank goodness for the internet & FOX. All TV news is bullshit; the medium demands it. Fox is no less distorted and biased than CNN; it's just a different bias. It is certainly possible for anyone who wants a balanced picture and has an Internet connection to get a balanced picture. The problem I see is that most people don't want a balanced picture: they want to find a news outlet whose bias matches theirs, and to sit around cheering as their own prejudices are reinforced. When people look to the news for affirmation instead of information, somebody will come along to give them what they want.
