Jerry: Just want to make sure you saw the analysis of DHMG's most recent 10-Q that I posted here as post #136. You seem like a nice guy, and I don't want to see you getting hurt in this one.

It is interesting that I haven't gotten any comments yet from the stock's supporters. I expected a couple of "You are probably a short seller so everything you say is probably wrong and you are just doing it to help yourself and hurt us" kind of notes by now. Maybe they will show up in the next day or so.

In any event, that won't be enough. I am assuming that by now someone has sent my posting to Hagen and his buddies. I'll give the company another day or so either to refute my analysis, or to put out a statement admitting that it cooked its books and releasing its real numbers.

If not, I will go to the SEC. This won't be the first time I have done that, and I would hope that it will act with due swiftness, given the magnitude of the apparent discrepencies between the DHMG's financial statements and reality.

Again, my first choice is to be proven wrong, and I would be delighted for that to happen. I believe that fraudulent financial statements destroy investors' confidence in all companies' reports. That is bad for the stock market, and bad for the country. I sincerely hope that that is not what is happening here.
