VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Canico Resource Corp. ("Canico") announces that under the terms of an agreement between Canico and Inco Limited ("Inco") and as a result of certain recent events, Inco was offered the right to purchase certain securities of Canico in order to maintain its approximate 17.64% holding in Canico. Inco has elected not to purchase these securities and as a result its percentage holding in Canico is expected to be
reduced.
