adct trading in same basic range as it did last night this am 2.57-2.71 (2.63 right now) 07:43 ADCT upgraded at Deutsche (2.44 ) Deutsche Bank upgrades ADC Telecom to Buy from Hold based on their belief that the co has more earnings power than investors currently perceive; firm says the key to unlocking earnings power is the potential divestiture of the co's underperforming businesses, which firm believes is likely and which could add as much as $0.08 to the co's future earnings power.
