Dean is still in the mid-high teens nationally.
Don't get too excited. He definitely has the anti-war liberals excited, but that's about it.

On Hardball when asked whether he'd be unstoppable if he wins Iowa and NH, Dean's expression when he said "I don't know" told it all. He knows that he needs over 40% of the vote to have a chance at the nomination. That is because he knows the centrists in the party still won't support him, though they DO want his organization. The LA Times may be right, that we are headed for a Gore-Dean ticket. That is unless Clark catches fire. Kerry I now consider a dark horse in this race. He still has a chance but polls are not showing it yet. Clark remains tied with Dean nationally, more or less. He seems to have the better chance. I do like Wesley Clark.
