The trials are not a problem IMO and could benefit TYCO a lot. If Koz and Swartz are convicted, restitution will be part of the sentence. If not convicted Tyco still has there civil trial where burden of proof much less. Also the criminal trial and civil trial against legal officer Belnick awaits which could be more recovery for TYCO, and despite receiving 20 mill rrestitution from ex-Director Walsh as part of his plea bargain , Tyco won't dismiss their civil trial where more damages are sought of a tort and punative nature . There must be info getting out to the street on TYCO to cause this runup. Tyco has been meeting with Bankers, Credit Agencies etc and I think good news will be forthcoming for Q1. Cashflow should remain strong IMO despite cash bonuses paid this Q. And earnings could easily exceed the high end of 32 cents as Tyco customers reporting improvements.JMHO.
