No President except Bush has had a net loss of jobs during a 4 year term of office.

Since Bush hasn't been in office for even three years, then clearly your statement is false.

Besides, the BLS online data only goes back to 1939, so any statement you make beginning "no president except Bush...", or comparing his record to Hoover for that matter, referencing that data is, on its face, baseless.
