... and good luck getting satisfying answers, lol .... the thing about calling companies usually is, if they know the answers to your questions, and the answers mean anything, then they're not supposed to tell you .... as to politics, whether national or internal to the bureaucracy, we can probably only guess ... as for Seabulk, they are a fair sized outfit, and will matter as much as anything, imho -
