Dimbulb, the Bush administration asked Wilson to check it out. Then after he checked it out, and found that the uranium story was false, he reported such. Tenet agreed that it was not true, and Bush took it out of the October speech. But it showed up in the SOTU, and after Wilson said hey guys, we already know the story's false, the Bushies rewarded him by outing his wife...a CIA agent! Remember the leak? We still don't know who leaked this story to 6 newspapers. There ought to be a head on a platter, like yesterday for that crap.
