Hi tc,
I'm at my daughter's now and after "fixklez.com" ran for over 45 min and scanned 149,170 files, I received the message "W32.klez successfully removed". It deleted 0 files and repaired 3. They are running the the home XP with 5 users so it's loaded with all kinds of kid stuff. Thank you so much for the help.

They are inundated with pop-ups. Which program would you suggest for them to use? TIA.
