MFIC,,,Rik...their basic EPS is not $.12........you simply cannot print that it is $.12...it is factually inaccurate...I agree that Irv jumped into the nano fray with a nanofluidizer....a machine that can blend small particles...but they earned .01:

For the first nine months of 2003, consolidated revenues were $10,560,353, as compared with $10,825,761, for the corresponding period in 2002. The net income for the first nine months of 2003 was $100,965, or $.01 per basic and diluted share, as compared with net income of $169,364, or $0.02 per basic and diluted share, prior to the cumulative effect of an accounting charge of $2,661,409, or $(0.36) per basic and diluted share for the comparable period in 2002.

The backlog of orders as of September 30, 2003 was approximately $1,613,000. This compared with a backlog of approximately $2,888,000 as of September 30, 2002.
